His practice mainly includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate formations, restructurings, and disputes, mainly in the automotive, aerospace and defense, infrastructure, chemical, and retail sectors...Philippe is the founder and Chairman of KEY (Korea Europe & You), a think tank crossing the perspectives from Korea and Europe. He has written several books in French and in Korean, regularly publishes white papers and is often quoted in the Korean and French medias.
