Lou Vincent

Project Officer - Healthcare

Lou Vincent has been a Health and Social Cohesion Project Manager within the France Studies Department at Institut Montaigne since May 2025.

Her work focuses in particular on access to healthcare and prevention, mental health, the sustainability of the social security system, long-term care and autonomy policies, and economic insecurity.

She joined Institut Montaigne in September 2024 as a Project Manager supporting the France Studies team, where she contributed to work on health and social protection policies, housing, mobility, purchasing power and employment.

Lou holds a Research Master’s degree in Political Science from Sciences Po Paris, specializing in political theory and democratic and societal issues. Her research focused on attitudes toward change in a context of major upheavals—climate, political and economic—and their impact on the rise of national-populist movements.

She completed part of her studies in the United States and Argentina.
